- Why buy from us?
Our products taste exceptional! Besides, we follow a stringent process that involves sustainable harvest, cleaning, inspecting for quality, strict quality control and adhering to food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards. We are HALAL, HACCP, GMP, MeSTI, GVHP and Vhm Certified.
- Where are our products from?
We have our own swiftlet farm located in the West of Malaysia. We are committed to sustainable farming practices that benefit our swiftlets and the environment.
- What is the difference between The Classic and The Royale range of freshly boiled Bird’s Nest?
The Royale range contains mostly strands Bird’s Nest as compared to The Classic which is mostly fragmented bits. Though they contain the same nourishing properties, the Royale delivers a great texture.
- What is the difference between Fragmented Dried’s Bird’s Nest Bits and The Royale Dried Bird’s Nest Cup?
The Royale Dried Bird’s Nest Cup delivers a greater texture for consumption and often stands out as a gift.
- Do our products contain chemicals?
There are no chemicals and no preservatives in our products.
- How often should I consume Bird’s Nest?
It is recommended to consume daily for a greater result.
- Can I boil the Dried Bird’s Nest directly?
No. It is recommended to cook in a double-boiler. The enzymes which contained in Bird’s Nest can only sustain the temperature around 80ºC. Direct-boiling will destroy the nutritional values of the Bird’s Nest.
- Where should I store my products upon delivery?
For freshly boiled bird's nest, you can store them at room temperature if you plan to consume them soon. For longer storage or to keep them extra fresh, place them in the refrigerator. Since no preservatives are added, proper storage is key to maintaining freshness. For Dried Bird's Nest, which has a recommended shelf life of 3 years, it should be kept in a cool, dry place.
- Why our product can be stored at longer duration without chemicals?
We sterilize and vacuum-seal the bottles, allowing for longer storage without preservatives. However, for the best experience, it's ideal to consume within a month.

- Do I need to register an account to purchase?
It is greatly encouraged to register an account as you will be entitled to members benefit.
- What payment methods are available?
You can make a purchase and will be directed to a payment gateway page to complete the payment.
- How many bottles of them in each set?
Each box contains 5 bottles of 80ml Bird’s Nest drink.
- Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
We do not allow changes of order once it has been placed. If there’s an error with the delivery details, please contact our customer support via Whatsapp at +6017-994 2984.
- Can I cancel my order?
No cancellation is allowed once order is confirmed.
- Can I make a return or exchange request?
Due to the nature of our product, no exchange or return is allowed.
- What if my product is broken during transit?
Please contact our customer support via Whatsapp at +6017-994 2984 within 12 hours upon receipt.
Delivery
- How much is the delivery fee?
Bottle Bird's Nest - We charge a RM10 flat rate for delivery for deliveries within Malaysia, and RM50 for deliveries in Singapore. We offer a complimentary delivery within Malaysia for orders above RM200 and Singapore for orders above RM950.
Dried Bird's Nest - It is classified as sensitive items. Shipping is ONLY available in West Malaysia and Singapore. We charge a RM10 flat rate for delivery for deliveries within West Malaysia, and RM200 for deliveries in Singapore. We offer a complimentary delivery within West Malaysia for orders above RM200 and Singapore for orders above RM1,800.
- When do you deliver and when can I receive my order?
We deliver twice a week, every Monday and Thursday. Choose your preferred delivery date during checkout for added flexibility. Enjoy same-day delivery for our freshly boiled products, ensuring optimum freshness. Please note that deliveries do not occur on public holidays.
- Can I request for a specific arrival date on my order?
Unfortunately, as we engage an external courier service, we are unable to determine the exact date and time of delivery, as their operations are not within our control. They usually take 1-3 working days once order is shipped.
- How do I receive the delivery update?
You will be notified via email once the order is shipped.
- Can I amend the delivery address after order is placed?
Yes, you are welcome to contact us via Whatsapp at +6017 9942984 or email us at contact@thefinestco.my. We are not able to amend the order details once the order is processed.
- How do you ensure the freshness of Bird's Nest for delivery?
Our fresh boiled Bird’s Nest is crafted with High-Pressure Sterilization and Vacuum-Seal Bottling for your wellness and safety.
Return
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once payment is made. In the rare event of receiving a damaged or unsatisfactory item, please contact our customer service team via Whatsapp at +6017 994 2984 or email us at contact@thefinestco.my within 12 hours upon receipt. The Finest Co. reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges due to the nature and hygiene of our products. Your understanding is appreciated.
