  1. Soak for at least 30-60 minutes until soften.
  2. Minimal cleaning is required on our dried Bird's Nest.
  3. Add in any preferred ingredients (Minimal sugar to accentuate the "eggy" and natural taste).
  4. Double boil it for at least 30-minute until you have achieved the designer texture, and enjoy!
